PARK SCHOOL BELIEFS
Park School believes every child can learn and that having high expectations, positive attitudes, strong family-school teamwork, and a safe learning environment will ensure student achievement.
We commit ourselves to…
Community: Embracing the understanding that all children’s lives are influenced by many factors and therefore, it is essential that a variety of people be a part of their education: first and foremost; families including the students themselves, with support from teachers and the community.
Collaboration: Developing a strong team dedicated to the idea that we are all in this endeavor together and collectively we will increase our effectiveness and efficiency in order to improve learning for all our students.
Improvement: Constantly improving, regardless of where we are today we will strive to be better tomorrow. We will make it our goal to model and extend this attitude to our students and the public.
Learning: Providing opportunities for maximum achievement and continuously searching for effective teaching strategies that incorporate a variety of instructional approaches so that all students will be equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the 21st century.
Park School: Families, students and staff working together to build a positive learning environment based on collaboration, respect, and compassion; motivating all to reach high standards.
